Responsibilities:

-         handles flight operations at the airport

-         manages flight-related and passenger matters including building and maintaining cordial relationships with various airport departments

-     provides cargo sales support to the General Manager to develop, formulate and implement marketing and sales strategies so as to enhances the airline’s market position as well as to meet cargo revenue objectives

-         analyzes sales trends and prepares cargo sales reports

-         handles inflight catering and baggage handling

-         maintains necessary documentation to ensure airlines meets the necessary regulatory requirements

-       able to work on weekends 

Requirements:

-         a recognized Bachelor Degree/Diploma (Business/Marketing discipline preferred)

-         good written and communication skills in English

-         age between 24-30 years preferred

-         minimum 2 years’ of work experience (relevant airline industry experience not necessary while experience in sales/marketing and customer service will be an advantage)

-         mature, highly self-motivated and disciplined with strong sales drive as well as enjoy the challenge of exceeding sales targets

-         strong interpersonal and communication skills
