某外国卫浴公司驻厦代表处因业务发展需要，拟招聘验货主管和采购经理，具体要求如下：

职位描述：

We are waiting for the right candidate working for the energetic up-growing Northern Europe owned, sanitary ware product company . Located in central Xiamen with a very pleasant working environment.

一、QC SUPERVISOR

1. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

*  Rich knowledge and experience in inspection sanitary ware products.

*  Familiar with the features of northern Europe products line.

*  Able to build a high performing, highly QC team.

*  Adept at problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

*  Persistent, patient and pay attention to details.

*  Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

2. EDUCATIONAL LEVEL

*  BA/BS degree in mechanical, engineering or equivalent preferred.

*  Skilled use of “photoshop” and “autocad" software.

3. EXPERIENCE

*  Minimum 5 years experiences in sanitary ware products’ factory or trading company.

4.OTHER REQUIREMENTS

*  Travel required.

*  Driver’s license preferred.

*  Male, age from28 –35 years.

二、SOURCING MANAGER

1. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

*  Manage and facilitate all facets of sourcing supply management activities for sanitary ware products or other assigned commodities.

*  Evaluate value proposition and competencies, selecting the most desirable suppliers.

*  Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements 

*  Manage suppliers, cost, quality, and delivery performance costs and to assure an adequate source of supply.

*  Develop cross-functional teams to understand company-wide needs and evaluate suppliers.

2. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

*  Rich knowledge of procurement principles, theories and processes in sanitary ware products.

*  Familiar with the features of northern Europe products line.

*  Proven ability to lead, influence and motivate others.  

*  Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in cost reduction and control.

*  Previous experience in Europe sanitary ware company.

*  Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

*  Persistent, patient and pay attention to details.

3. EDUCATIONAL LEVEL

*  BA/BS degree in Business or equivalent.

*  Skilled use of “photoshop” software preferred.

*  At least English CET-6.

4. EXPERIENCE

*  Minimum 4-5 years experiences in sanitary ware products’ factory or trading company.

5. OTHER REQUIREMENTS

*  Driver’s license preferred.

*   Age from28 –35 years.
