Qualification 要求:

1.     University graduation or above, Human Resources, Psychological or English Major is preferred.本科以上学历，人力资源、心理学或英语专业的优先考虑.

2.     More than 5 years work experience in HR area, professional HR knowledge, thorough understanding of labor laws and labor regulations.五年以上HR相关工作经验，具备人力资源相关职能的专业知识，熟悉劳动法.

3.     Good communication skill, problem solving skill, good interpersonal skills and experience interface with employees, and know how to handle confidential information.良好的沟通与解决问题的能力、处理人际关系的能力、处理保密信息的意识与能力.

4.     Careful, mature, flexible, objective and honest.细心、成熟、良好的应变能力、客观正直.

5.     Familiar with HR system, Good PC skills.熟悉HR系统，熟练操作Office软件.

Job description工作职责:

1.     Well understand with the nation and regional labor law and regulations.熟悉并了解国家人事劳动法规和地方人事劳动政策.

2.     Involved in the set-up of policies of payroll and benefit system, attendance, employee relationship and labor relationship.与公司薪酬与福利及劳动纪律方面政策的制订.

3.     To conduct market survey related to compensation & benefit as and when necessary.协助经理进行薪酬与福利调查.

4.     Provide professional consultative service to all the departments about law and company policies.向各部门提供劳动法与公司政策方面的咨询服务.

5.     Work with local labor department to handle employee’s labor dispute. Assist all the departments the deal with labor conflicts.和当地劳动部门积极配合，处理公司的员工劳动争议案件；协助各部门负责人处理劳动冲突事件.

6.     Review the payroll calculation prepared by C & B Officer to ensure timely and accurately payroll delivery.核查薪酬专员的工资计算，确保员工工资及时准确地发放.

7.     Responsible for all personnel reports.负责所有人事报表.

8.     Assure personnel function works normally.确保人事小组的工作正常运行.

9.     Conducts termination, promotion and counseling interview with employee.负责员工离职、提升的面谈，与员工沟通、解答员工的问题.
